For each class of elements in INSIdE nano, a clustering analysis was performed:
- The hierarchical clustering of nanomaterials and drugs was performed by using the Kendall Tau distance.
- The hierarchical clustering of chemicals and diseases was performed by using the Jaccard index metric.
